I’m a Superhost myself and tend to be very fussy, but this lodge exceeded all my expectations. The house is huge, and the layout of the top floor is great because there are so many different areas to relax. We actually found ourselves wanting to stay at the cabin more than going out because it was so comfortable. The arcade games and hot tub were big hits, and we used the grill several times. The outdoor fireplace is probably the best part—it’s so peaceful. We even got our workouts in by running the inclined driveway. You’re only five minutes from town, so the location is perfect. It’s an incredible value for the price point and I’d definitely stay here again.

This was our second time staying at Kelly's place and we had as good a time as we did the first time. Kelly was super responsive and accommodating when we had an ask. The views can't be beat at this location. Looking forward to another stay next year!

We had a wonderful stay at Kelly’s Airbnb. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the crisp mountain air made the whole experience feel peaceful and refreshing. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well cared for, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. There were also great activities nearby, so it was the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a mountain getaway.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Blue Ridge cabin. The location is perfection—close enough to town for dining and exploring, yet tucked away enough that it truly feels like a peaceful mountain retreat. Best of both worlds. The property itself is beautiful, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The cabin was spotless and extremely well stocked with everything we needed, which made settling in effortless. You can tell the owners really care about the guest experience. We loved the privacy, the scenery, and the overall cozy-but-upscale feel. It was the perfect place to relax, unplug, and enjoy the mountains. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a Blue Ridge getaway.

The views were incredible, and everything was as stated in the welcome letter. It was the last cabin in a line of them so it felt more private and comfortable. We spent most of our time on the game room floor. The kitchen was big enough for everyone to gather around and enjoy charcuterie. And I proposed to the love of my life on the top balcony at sunrise. The was the view displayed in the header but with fall leaves, and it could not have been more perfect. The only downside was the small driveway for parking, but that can’t be helped by the property owners. We were able to finagle everyone in. Another note that couldn’t be helped by property owners is that not all the other cabins abide by the quiet time rule, so it was loud outside late at night. I wouldn’t let that deter anyone from staying though.

Simply fantastic place! Kelly’s instructions to finding the home were spot on which- after a long uphill drive (literally and figuratively) made things SO much easier for us. Would recommend getting to the cabin while it is still bright for first timers! Our two girls (12) and boy (2) were beyond thrilled to explore the home- those with hard-to-please (pre)teens may be able to relate. I was amazed to witness their enthusiasm!! We certainly enjoyed our stay-in movie nights in the cozy living room- the perfect setting to create precious warm memories that I hope our kids will remember years down the line. The views from the cabin were as advertised- breathtakingly beautiful…we didn’t use the hot tub/ home theater system as much..because there’s just SO much to do in/around this town that we ran out of time despite being here for quite a while… Thank you Kelly for sharing your beautiful home- and for the wonderful experience SkyeView has given my family <3 Happy holidays!!

The bungalow is so cozy and conveniently located! Within walking distance to an amazing public beach access. We found the property well kept and fully equipped with all the comforts of home. Very clean too. Kelly was kind and helpful.

Very nice home and a great location! The home has a nice layout with one master bedroom up stairs with two additional bedrooms downstairs (all with en suites). There are also two living rooms and the game space downstairs. The dining table is large and a lot of covered space outside to relax and dine. We used the outdoor covered wood burning fireplace the most since it was raining during most of our stay. There are gas fireplaces inside as well. There were additional blankets provided for the chilly nights outside. Kelly was very helpful, friendly, and responsive! She was able to coordinate with my boyfriend to have fresh roses at the door when we arrived for our anniversary! The views are very beautiful and peaceful (not really long range views) and the proximity to town was great! We would definitely come back again!

Kelly was an awesome host. First she accommodated us for a very last minute stay after another host cancelled on us. Kelly responded immediately to the request and messaged with me multiple times answering all my questions ensuring we were all set. The location was perfect. Up in the mountains with a beautiful view but also close to surrounding areas which made leaving no issue. You also didn’t have to leave the house if you didn’t want to which was perfect for us with 2 small kids. The beds were super comfortable. House was clean. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

We had a perfect stay. Spotless, beautiful and bigger than even expected. The master bedroom had a wonderful, comfortable bed and a door to outdoor deck. Plenty of towels. Great closet, full length mirror and lots of drawer space. My children were very comfy in their rooms as well. Kitchen was beyond clean, well appointed and great storage. We enjoyed the TV out on the deck, especially at night. Kids enjoyed the arcade games. WiFi was easily connected. Would definitely stay there again!
